| 1. Send an email to the Artist to get a Style Questionnaire. |
| 2. Reference(s) must not be lower than** 800px**. The higher the resolution the better. |
| 3. Maximum of 2 revisions only. Strictly no revision after the approved sketch. |
| 4. 50% PAYMENT upon approval of sketch. (You also have an option to send 100% of the payment) |
| 5. Send proof of payment via email to get a confirmation message. |
| 6. A low-resolution file of the finished/coloured painting will be sent via email. |
| 7. Payment of the remaining 50% shall be made. Send proof via email. |
| 8. The 300dpi png/jpg file will be sent in your email. |
| Full refund is allowed but payer must shoulder the transaction fee. |
I. IMPORTANT
The Artist will create a work of art based on the reference. The Artist agrees to create one preparatory sketch from which to obtain purchaser's approval before beginning the commissioned artwork. These images may be emailed to the purchaser for approval. All sketches are the property of the Artist.Strictly no cancellation after the confirmation e-mail. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before the Artist begins work on the colored commission and is due upon the email confirmation. The balance of payment is due upon satisfactory completion and delivery of the artwork.
The Artist has the right to refuse racist, sexual, violent or inappropriate art in his/her opinion.II. COPYRIGHT
All commissioned artworks are for non-commercial use only. The Artist retains the copyright to all works commissioned by the Purchaser, including all reproduction rights and the right to claim statutory copyright. No artwork may be reproduced or altered without the written consent of the Artist.III. RIGHT OF REFUSAL
In the event that the Purchaser does not wish to purchase the commissioned artwork, the Purchaser may refuse. In that case, the Artist will retain the refused artwork and the non-refundable deposit. This is free of any claims or interests of the Purchaser and the Purchaser will not owe any additional fees to the Artist.IV. MODES OF PAYMENT

BUST - an illustration of the face including hands and area above belly button
